At first, I was prescribed a dosage of 20 mg for breast cancer prevention. But after a few months after the treatment began, I plunged into a terrible depression because of the drug. In addition, I was tormented by flushes and joint pains. Then, my doctor advised me to lower the dose to 10 mg. My body tolerates lower dosages much better.

I'm surprised when I read about many side effects some people have. I guess I'm lucky because I haven't had any complaints in five years of taking the drug. Except that it was harder to fall asleep.

Taking it for half a year for breast cancer prevention. And so far, I'm satisfied with the results I see and feel. I've learned how to deal with a few side effects I constantly have. Staying hydrated helps with an upset stomach. And I go to bed 2 hours after I take the pill. It helps me avoid sleepiness.
